Delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect information. 
• The addressee will acknowledge all deliveries at the time of receipt. 
• Email replies will be sent to the client as proof of delivery. 
• Nashik.com will make all attempts to deliver gifts on the desired date. However, in case of a national holiday or a government holiday, we will deliver the gift a day after the holiday. However, any delay will not entitle the user to any damages or compensation. 
• Nashik.com will not be held liable for damage in the quality of the perishable items in circumstances where the addressee is not available or delivery is delayed due to incomplete address. 
• We can deliver on the dates mentioned by you.Please use the "Instruction Box" which appears on the page where you will give all your shipping & payment details.
• Lead time for Delivery  24-48 hours, except for mangos, unless mentioned separetely.
• Delivery of Fruit carton is on 3rd working day excluding sundays and public holidays.
