Cyberedge Solutions awarded with "The Asian Banker Technology Implementation Award 2010"

Cyberedge Solutions has been awarded the Best HR Implementation Project for its HRIS software at YES Bank in the fourth Asian Bank Technology Implementation Awards Program held at the Asian Civilisations Museum , Singapore on 19 April 2010.

The awards program was held in conjunction with the prestigious Asian Bank Summit 2010, the foremost annual meeting for decision makers in the financial services industry in the Asia Pacific Region. The award was received by Anurag Kenge, CEO, Cyberedge Solutions.

The innovative project implemented an enterprise-wide system that had a strong focus on employee-centric functionalities with a high level of transparency on employee appraisal, target achievements and required trainings.

Over 50 financial institutions from 15 countries across the Asia Pacific, Gulf Region and Central Asia were evaluated as part of the Technology Implementation Awards Program 2010. The awards programme, administered by The Asian Banker and refereed by prominent global bankers, consultants and academics, is the most prestigious of its kind.

"The project stood out in this field with their emphasis on employee engagement and development. The system goes beyond the usual requirement of automating HR processes but offers unique features to meet the organisational proposition of building quality human capital," says Chris Kapfer, Head of Asian Banker Research.
